Family Owned

Keen Keen & Good, LLC is built on family tradition, spanning three generations of family practice and ownership. Starting as far back as the 60’s, William Keen (Bill, Sr.) began the practice in Coatesville, where he focused on the needs of local families and businesses. With the addition of his son, William (Bill, Jr.), and daughter, Kathy, the practice expanded and took off to include all of Chester County and the western suburbs. Kathy’s son, Gordon, has now joined the firm, and while Bill, Sr. has since retired, we are honored that many of our employees and clients have confidently spanned these three generations along with us.

Family ownership drives the culture of the firm, as our attorneys have a long history of providing friendly, personalized services to our clients. We understand the need for patient, compassionate guidance in understanding and meeting your legal needs. We strive to offer authentic, candid advice regarding your legal options and the services we can provide, and are proud to carry on the firm’s tradition of providing quality legal services to our community.

Accessible

Keen Keen & Good, LLC strives to be an accessible resource for our current and prospective clients. We understand that many people rarely interact with attorneys and are hesitant to consult one. We want to make your experience with our law firm as comfortable and encouraging as possible, and we do so in many ways.

  • Responsive: Our attorneys deal directly with current and prospective clients and make every effort to respond promptly to their questions and concerns. We provide clear guidance about the legal process, how our firm can help, and the cost.
  • Available: We offer convenient office hours, and are flexible to provide evening hours when clients can’t get off work. We meet with scheduled appointments promptly and make every effort to come out and answer questions personally should someone stop by with questions. We have even begun to implement new ways to interact with clients remotely and securely, including face-to-face web interactions and client/attorney file sharing.
  • Accessible: Our office is conveniently located near the center of Chester County, and offers free parking right by the office. If you can’t come to us, we can arrange to come to you. We frequently offer house calls, nursing home and hospital visits to accommodate our clients’ needs. This includes an on-site notary and witnesses for any legal documents. We have installed ramps and handrails to make our office fully accessible to all of our clients.

Experienced

  • Generations of Knowledge & Experience: The benefit of generations of family legal practice is that it brings generations of knowledge and experience along with it. We have seen and handled a lot of legal issues over the years, ranging in size, complexity and area, and learned from them as we have grown. It has allowed us to incorporate an extensive range of legal fields into our perspective, including estate, real estate, municipal, business, personal injury and family law. We use these experiences to continue to develop and refine our practice to provide the highest quality legal representation for our clients.
  • Team Mentality: Our attorneys work closely with each other to find practical and effective solutions for our clients. We understand the strengths of each attorney within our firm and will assign the attorney whose skill set best addresses your preferences and needs.
  • Helpful Resource: Even if we can’t help you with your legal issue, we can help you find someone who can. Our deep roots in the community have allowed us to establish a network of businesses and individuals who can assist you.
